Synopsis

When the Doctor’s holonovel based on life aboard Voyager, where the Captain shoots injured crewmembers and the mobile emitter is a 50kg backpack, is published without his consent, the question of his legal rights is brought into question…

The Trekzone Review

Holographic rights… we may have moved passed such an issue aboard Voyager, but the rest of the galaxy hasn’t caught up yet and this episode serves to remind us – in real life as well as in the series – no matter how far you come, there will always be someone else blocking your way. It was a nice, sombre, touch to finally see where all of the EMH mark I’s ended up… with dozens, hundreds even, of Dr. Zimmerman’s prize creation scraping away at rocks on some rock.

Meanwhile, Kim reconnects with home and realises that Mum’s will be Mums and Seven gets in touch with her Dad’s sister and remembers some fond childhood memories…
