Continuing TREKZONE.org’s coverage of the Star Trek: Axanar legal proceedings against CBS and Paramount, author Dave Galanter sat down with me via Skype for a chat about his dealings with the production.

Dave is an acclaimed Star Trek author having written a series of novels and novela for the franchise over many years. He has become known to many in recent months after news of his encounter with Alec Peters from the Star Trek: Axanar production. Dave says that Alec asked him to breach his contract and write the Axanar novela under a pen name for profit. Something Alec hasn’t denied.
