A very nice touch to include Picard working hard on the Ressikan flute from last season’s penultimate episode. While Worf, Troi and Alexander hung out on the holodeck in the old west dealing with a whole bunch of Data’s as a result of the android and LaForge’s experimentation in engineering. These were great character-driven storylines.
I think Worf softens a little bit here, accepts that he has a son and these sorts of adventures are still honourable… and he also got a little closer to Deanna, is this the start of their ‘more than colleagues’?
