Neelix must decide if he wants kids or not as Kes enters her puberty early.. which occurs only once in the Ocampa lifespan. Meanwhile, we discover that Tuvok has 4 children, Voyager is sexy to space born lifeforms and there’s a lot of sexy-times to be had on board.

Kes’ scene with the Doctor trying to work out whether she was ready to be a parent was very well written and a way of expressing what many people must be feeling… Oh, and lets not forget about Ensign Wildman… boy, that’s a long pregnancy.
