Hot on the heels of his appearance on A Trekzone Conversation last week, Perth film maker Aaron Vanderkley has announced the cast for his next Star Trek: Voyager era fan film.
Responding to a distress call from Worf’s adoptive older brother, the Enterprise unwittingly becomes party to a violation of the prime direction when he transports a village of people from a pre-warp civilisation to the holodeck, sparing them certain death just before their planet dies…
The Trekzone Review
Once again, another family member comes along that we have never heard of – yet he is known by the crew as someone ‘that wouldn’t take that sort of risk.’ Implying at least a familiarity with him… and his relationship to Worf. But we’ll never hear from or of him again following this episode.
Another pesky sub-plot that seems to have been dropped is the warp speed limitation posted by Starfleet earlier this season… when Picard presumably orders maximum warp to the new planet of the Boraalan’s.
Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard
Jonathan Frakes as Will Riker
Gates McFadden as Beverley Crusher
Brent Spiner as Data
Levar Burton as Geordi LaForge
Michael Dorn as Worf
Marina Sirtis as Deanna Troi
