The Trekzone Review
Talos IV. The first time we’ve seen this place in almost fifty three years and boy does she look mighty perty. The signing flowers, the mind powers, the underground caves… it’s all so refreshed and revitalised. Melissa George picks up the role of Vena and crafts it magnificently – showing just how much the stranded human cared – and still cares – for our first Captain of Star Trek.
We get in deeper with Section 31 as they begin to play a bigger part in this story arc too, with Alan Van Spring working with Michelle Yeoh in a beautiful partnership that’s both adversarial and friendly at the same time.
Ash Tyler’s still around… eh.
