Responding to a distress call from a crashed ship, the Enterprise tries to render assistance… but the sole survivor has lost his memory and it’s up to a smitten Doctor Crusher to help him.

The Trekzone Review

I’m noticing a couple of things I haven’t before… Geordi striking out with the ladies has been a recurring B-plot this season, and cold opens are becoming more common… this time we’re with Geordi and Worf in Ten Forward as another our lovelorn chief engineer strikes out again, and Worf commenting that he has much to teach him.

The mysterious man helped me learn that just because people are different is no reason to fear or even resent them. It was about time that Crusher finally got a story that she could sink her teeth into… and she finally saved a patient! Also, this is the first time we see the Chief’s kayaking “problem!”
