The Trekzone Review
This episode really struggles to fit in with where the series is now because of it’s late airing (it was originally supposed to run as the penultimate episode to the first season.) There are a few things that stand out… Torres calling Kim ‘Starfleet’ and Tuvok and Chakotay with lingering issues of trust and command.
Neelix’s jealousy of Tom was intended to have a longer run, but thankfully we only see it three times across the series.
