Seven of Nine has friends, lots of friends… and they all know her as Annika, the human woman who tried desperatley to be worlds apart from that Borg drone in the waking world. This episode really sets up some of the grudges in the the series finale really well, as Janeway directly confronts the Borg Queen and wins.
