Peeking At Picard’s Second Season

American audiences got their second glimpse at the next season of Star Trek: Picard overnight while international fans wait for Amazon to release the trailer, or other fans to bootleg it.

It all comes as ViacomCBS released the official trailer for Picard’s second season overnight, and while we can’t watch it legally just yet we do know the official synopsis of the season, thanks to the official website:

Season two takes the legendary Jean-Luc Picard and his crew on a bold and exciting new journey: into the past. Picard must enlist friends both old and new to confront the perils of 21st century Earth in a desperate race against time to save the galaxy’s future – and face the ultimate trial from one of his greatest foes.

UPDATE: The new Borg Queen has provided us all with our glimpse…
