Found and Lost Part II : Trekzone Plays Star Trek: Bridge Commander

Pursuing the whereabouts of an alien device that could hold the key to the recent events in the Maelstrom, the Sovereign discovers the artifact crashed on a highly inhospitable planet and only Data can go and investigate it. However, just as Commander Data locates the device, the Sovereign is detected by a huge Cardassian fleet and fired upon.

Consequently, the crew has no choice but to leave him behind.
