Lest We Forget

Every year on April 25 Australians and New Zealanders reflect on the sacrifices of those in our armed forces who have defended our country and protected our ideals.

This year, I thought it prudent to repost my chat last year with Squadron Leader Nick Bird who spoke with me about the science behind the RAAF, and the spirit of the ANZACs – a legend forged in the hell of war, on a battlefield half a world away… over 100 years ago.
