49 new galaxies have been found in under 3 hours by an international team of astronomers using the MeerKAT radio telescope.
Led by Dr Marcin Glowacki from the Curtain University node of the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research in Western Australia, the study aimed to understand star-forming gases in a single radio galaxy.
