Skin of Evil

SYNOPSIS
On a mission to rescue a crashed shuttlecraft carrying Counsellor Troi, an evil being taunts the crew and kills one of Picard’s senior officers without reason…
REVIEW
The episode where the dynamic of the senior officers changes… aside from some terrible makeup that (I think) is supposed to be blood, this episode struck a chord. Granted it’s only been a week since I started the series, but Tasha grew on me… and it’s sad to see her go. The memorial scene was a very nice touch… gave me goosebumps.
In the special features, Denise Crosby mentioned that she felt the ensemble cast was too large… and I agree. Season two is where the series got it’s groove, with Geordi in engineering and Worf on security.
